On this page you will find links to local municipalities in which we work. You will also find a little information on some of Charities we are involved with including Hope for the Nations Romania and Habitat for Humanity.
It is our goal to become your real estate resource and that this site would be the first you need to find information for our local area or for local real estate.
There are many distinct communities in the area:
Central Saanich A rural or farming community this municipality is the bread basket for the region with many large and small farms. Also a great area for Horse enthusiasts. There are two main shopping areas, Saanichton and Brentwood, plus a Light Industrial/Commercial Area in the Keating area. Also home to world famous Butcharts Gardens, one of the top ten tourist destinations in the world. A visit to the Island must include a stop at the Gardens. With waterfront and farms and condos and single family homes this is one of the more diverse municipalities on the Island.
Sidney A little closer in you will find the Town of Sidney. Known as Sidney by the sea this is the business center of the Saanich Peninsula with lots of shopping, great restaurants and much more. Known more as a Retirement community it is also knows as "Book Town" due to proliferation of book stores.
North Saanich Out on the SaanichPeninsula you will find the District of North Saanich which serves as the gateway to the Island, being home to the BC ferries with daily ferry service between Victoria and Vancouver. You will also find Victoria International Airport with its service to many Canadian and International Cities.
Offering small town living in the Capital of BC you will find Victoria and the Saanich Peninsula. Located on the Southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria and the Saanich is home to many high tech business and to many tourist oriented business's.
Being the home to the Provincial Government of BC it is a great place to raise a family or to enjoy your retirement.
It is also a great place to live and invest in Real Estate with many options to meet the needs of every home buyers tastes.
