No questions asked. Cancellation will become effective within 24-hours of notification. Notice may be made in writing by telephone or facsimile - no explanation needed (but appreciated). The commission shall still be payable if a binding contract of sale is entered into, within 90 days after the date of the listing cancellation, between the sellers and a buyer who was introduced to or shown the property by Ron Kubek or any other member of the West Real Estate Board during the term of the listing contract.
